Я размещаю только на тех сайтах, где это уместно, не занимаюсь спамом в обратную связь, так как бывают жалобы от владельцев сайтов.
Для анкорных ссылок я беру только площадки, поддерживающие анкорные ссылки, в отличие от тех, кто размещает, анкорную ссылку на ресурс в виде HTML-кода, и это очень плохо, поисковики видят это, и ставят сайт под фильтр.
Грамотно сделанные ссылки привлекают поисковых роботов на сайт, а краулеры передают сигнал индексаторам, что ускоряет добавление сайта в базу.
